Day 2 - Further Explorations

Ok, so let me tell you something. Cisco is preposterously huge! It is just ridiculous. Words cannot do it justice. There are at least 40 some buildings. It takes up both sides of both West Tasman and East Tasman Dr. I was walking for like an hour and I was still on Cisco porperty. It is just crazy. I know I can't possibly describe this in this blog but I encourage you to go to Google Maps and lookup 170 W Tasman Dr, San Jose, CA. You will see nothing but Cisco Buildings!

Anyway, Today was pretty uneventful. My roommate, Christine, took me to lunch at Chipotle, a Mexican Restaurant. She then took me to Cisco - Building 9 - which is where I have to report to my first day to get my security clearances and everything for the campus. After getting back from that, I took a short nap, and then decided to head out on the town and do some more exploring.

I grabbed the light rail to Santa Theresa to check out the south side of the town. It proved to be an interesting trip and I met some very curious people along the way (let's just say they were very diverse). Anyway, I absolutely love the light rail! I don't know why exactly, it is just fun to ride and what not.

Anyways, I will be posting some pictures and videos of the light rail a bit later so you can all see what its like.
